small room high cost
The location was good, close to transportation options.
The room looked smaller than it looked in pictures. The reception was sometimes unattended. I think the cost was high for what the hotel provides.

poor mattress dirty floor
the mattress was not good quality. the pillows also were not good quality. the floors needed mopping, my room was quite dirty on arrival.

Solid Stay Near Grands Boulevards
fresh breakfast helpful staff
Breakfast included many options and tasted fresh. The free minibar in my room had water and juice. I found the staff to be responsive when needed. The hotel's location near the metro stop was a plus, I could get around without problems.
The family room carpet felt old. It had a sticky texture and some stains, so I wore my shoes.

This place is conveniently close to many shops. Check-in process was fast. The staff were very friendly. I appreciate the complimentary mini bar and afternoon snacks. A GREAT perk to me. The location is perfect. There are bus stops nearby.
